Heritage Homes needed portable buildings and welfare facilities for a new construction projects around Devon
When Heritage Homes needed portable buildings and welfare facilities for a new construction project, they turned to Dainton Portable Buildings. Heritage Homes are one of Devon’s premier house builders and use traditional construction techniques and craftsmanship to build houses with premium levels of quality and style. For a new multi-million pound housing project in Exeter, Heritage Homes required on-site welfare facilities for their workers and secure storage for equipment, tools and materials. Heritage Homes were a new customer who contacted us after browsing our web site.
We have plenty of experience supplying welfare units and portable buildings to the construction industry so we knew the sort of facilities that Heritage Homes required: an on-site office for meetings and paperwork, a comfortable, durable rest area for workers, welfare facilities including toilets & wash areas and secure storage space. We drew up plans of the units and worked with Heritage on the details, for example the location of the power points, the type of lighting and windows and other finishing touches.
Heritage Homes bought four new units:
We delivered the units to the site using a Hiab lorry mounted crane. The units were stacked and the spiral staircase and landing erected.
